Working directly with’s leadership team, you will identify and educate potential customers in the advantages of adopting an online recruitment marketplace. It’s a soft, consultative sell, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. You’ll need to tick these boxes to get hired:

  • You must be proactive; willing to make things happen not wait for things to happen
  • You should be able to talk confidently to people at all levels within an organisation

  • You’ll need stamina and a ‘never give up’ attitude to achieving your goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – replace great weight on communication

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Identify companies that use recruitment agencies, contact them via social media, email, and telephone
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, logging all contacts on a CRM
  • Explain what Hiring Hub is, what we believe and why, an cement our company’s vision
  • Conduct online demos of our recruitment marketplace platform
  • Educate decision makers in the benefits of using a marketplace
  • Be the ‘first point of contact’ for all warm and inbound sales enquiries
  • Once onboarded, handover new customers to the Relationship Management team
