How We Make Our Money
So how do we make any money? It’s a good question. We deduct a commission from the placement fee each time a job is filled on our marketplace. So it’s the recruitment agencies that pay us. Not you. You only ever pay the fee you set when you uploaded your vacancy.
Sole supplier
When you hire a candidate through Hiring-Hub.com we’ll invoice you for the placement fee you set when you uploaded your vacancy, and we keep that money in our Client Trust Account for the duration of the candidate’s rebate period. After which, we pass it on to the recruitment agency that successfully filled your vacancy, minus our commission.
Rebate Period
What happens if you hire a candidate, pay the fee you set, and after a few weeks it’s not working out? Don’t worry, you’re protected. If the candidate doesn’t complete their rebate period, you get the recruitment agency fee back. Phew.
