    • Other legal or professional advisors: where relevant for the provision of our services to an employer or recruiter.

    We do not disclose personal data to anyone else except as set out above.

    TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL DATA INTERNATIONALLY

    The hosting facilities for our website are situated in the United States.

    Due to this, your personal data may be transferred between the UK and the United States. This is permitted under UK data protection law, as the UK has determined that members of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) provide adequate protection for personal data. Hiring Hub’s hosting provider is a member of the DPF and the UK Extension.

    You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.

    We use Google Analytics. Google Analytics gathers information about the use of our website using cookies. The information gathered is used to create anonymous reports about the use of our website.
