With his understanding of the needs and challenges of both employers and recruiters, Mark is in a strong position to lead Hiring Hub's mission to bring a positive change to the way third-party recruitment works.

LinkedIn dynamo and office motivation specialist Emily manages the Hiring Hub sales team, working closely with our employers and nurturing our sales graduates.

With a strong background in the recruitment industry, Emily builds meaningful relationships with our employers, helping them get the very best from the platform to hit their recruitment goals.

Product Manager

Product manager Ryan is responsible for bringing new features and functionality to the platform that help our employers and recruiter community get more from Hiring Hub.

Ryan is by far the most popular member of the team and also runs our weekly employee recognition programme 'HubStar' (wink wink).

Ralph joined the team in 2025 and has made an immediate impact in his customer success role, working with our recruiter community to help them get the most out of the platform.

A former semi-professional rugby player in the UK and Australia, Ralph has directed his competitive spirit into making our community into a recruitment World Cup winner.      

Sasha Blackshaw

Marketing Executive

Marketing powerhouse Sasha joined the Hiring Hub team in August 2024 to work in our marketing team, spreading the good word about Hiring Hub: organising our emails and events, writing copy and making a valiant effort to get the sales team to update the CRM.

Sasha has also secured the most 'HubStar' office awards ever seen in a rookie season.
