Pilot Group supports organisations to meet carbon reduction targets using technologies that reduce energy consumption.

They partnered with Hiring Hub back in 2016 to help them compliantly recruit for a range of roles with speed and ease, after exhausting traditional recruitment methods.

Hiring Hub’s recruitment marketplace was  built for in-house recruitment teams seeking greater speed, choice and flexibility in third-party hiring across their organisation.

Hiring Hub has given Pilot Group the ability to speed up and simplify their recruitment process by giving them a gateway to a powerful network of rated and reviewed specialist recruitment agencies.

We took the hassle out of finding, working, and negotiating with recruiters meaning they discovered top talent, faster.

### Why Pilot Group Hiring Hub

“Hiring Hub was a dream find. It almost feels like it’s recruitment’s best kept secret! Our Account Manager has become an extension of our HR team and makes managing recruitment agencies a breeze. We’ve filled such a broad range of jobs, and always see quality candidates. We love it.”
