     Sales Executive

    Hiring Hub started from humble beginnings, with a view to democratise a very fragmented industry and make people feel good about recruitment.

    If we’re honest, back in 2011 the market wasn’t ready for a technology platform that would connect great employers to highly-skilled independent recruiters. However, undeterred, we set about building something that put control back in the hands of employers, whilst creating something special for independent recruiters.

    In 2017 we received a significant round of funding, which we took as a massive thumbs up from some pretty bright people that the market was ready. After all, there have never been more independent recruiters in the UK and the search for talent has never been greater.

    We think that we have put the money to great use; we have brought our tech team in-house, giving us an unwavering focus on creating a world-class platform that works for our clients. The next thing was to tell the world and that’s where you come in….

    • We have invested heavily in a national radio campaign – we hope you’ve heard it! Our awareness campaign is driving lots of prospective employers to want to know more. These enquiries need converting!
    • We are securing more and more specialist recruitment partners every day, which means we need to keep them well fed with well qualified, committed opportunities.
    • We are seeing a 20% uplift in new clients month on month and this is only going to get better (this is definitely where you come in).

    We’re looking for an experienced customer-centric Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

    The successful candidate must have a background in the recruitment industry and will play a central and vital role at Hiring Hub, ensuring your team make all our customers feel warmly welcomed and appreciated (loved, even), while giving them the support they need to use our platform successfully.

    As our Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll be instrumental in helping our customers – SME employers and our small independent recruitment agencies, find success through Hiring Hub.

    You will be managing our growing team of Relationship Managers, who’s core focus is to on-board new customers, build strong relationships with our customer base and assist Hiring Hub’s users to find candidates and make placements. In addition, you will contribute to product and team development in a highly collaborative environment.

    Who are you and what will you bring?

    • You’re a passionate individual who enjoys helping customers navigate their way through the recruitment process.
    • You should be friendly and determined, able to demonstrate the value of our marketplace product to new customers.
    • You must be an expert in the recruitment market, having first-hand experience of working with candidates either as an in-house or external recruiter.
    • You will have commercial experience, understanding the importance of key accounts and customer relations.
    • You will have a good balance of empathy with the customer and an analytical mind so you can identify opportunities for our customers to achieve their recruitment goals.
    • A highly responsive individual, you will understand the importance of responding quickly to daily challenges.
    • You will be able to translate daily performance targets into activity for your team and take responsibility for meeting those targets.
    • You will have knowledge / experience of working with CRM systems and understand the importance of accurate customer records.
    • You will want to make a difference, not satisfied with the status quo, you will have a strong opinion on how to change the recruitment industry.
    • Basic IT skills required – Word, Excel etc.

    Nice to have or be able to learn:

    • Experience of working in a company that is growing fast.
    • Experience of contributing to product development.
    • Experience of running a small team.

  • Head of Marketing Manchester | up to £50,000

    We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Marketing to join and lead our fledgling but ambitious team in our Manchester office. The successful marketer will be responsible for suggesting, budgeting, leading, tracking and reporting all marketing activity, with a focus on digital and content.

     

    Reporting to the CEO and working alongside an experienced management team, you will develop and own Hiring Hub’s digital budget and strategy, covering digital advertising, audience building, website optimisation and conversion, automated lead nurture, email marketing, and SEO.

     

    In addition, you will support and direct the content team to ensure delivery of thoughtful and engaging content, collateral for sales and relationship teams, and digital assets, and manage third-party suppliers: media buyers, creative agencies, engineering/developers, etc.

     

    To be considered for this role you should have demonstrable management experience, in addition to knowledge of:

     

    • Natural organic search (SEO)
    • Creating, managing and optimising PPC campaigns
    • Running paid social media activity
    • Website conversion (A/B testing and optimisation)
    • Creating and monitoring landing pages
    • Email marketing
    • CRM ownership and customer segmentation (Hubspot)
    • Marketing automation; qualifying and nurturing leads
    • Analysing and interpreting website usage data and trends to optimise performance
    • Reporting/driving improvements across online metrics (traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, etc)
