Thanks to the specialist nature of M&A deal making, Clearwater Corporate Finance has traditionally found recruitment, in particular finding the right calibre of candidates, a challenge. Here, James Hales, a director in the firm’s Manchester office, explains how Hiring Hub helped him not only find the right candidate, but how it did it in just two weeks from start to finish:
